Millie is a long-term honored guest in Raleigh. We see her great need and our

hearts are moved for her difficult place. In June, she came to the Johnston County

facility.  She was needing surgery for a brain tumor. She was also on oxygen and

the doctors said her breathing had to improve before she could have surgery.

Millie’s prayer request was also for a church family. One of the volunteers on that

visit realized that Millie lived near one of her church members. She connected

them and Millie has been attending her church since that day. This week she

returned to the prayer center with amazing news.  The tumor had shrunk to the

point that surgery was no longer necessary.  She also was without her portable

oxygen tank. How we praise the Lord for His work in her physical and spiritual life.
